A carefully selected playlist of Christian music from today and yesterday emerged on 88-3 FM that finds happy listeners from all ages. Besides a Christian music variety not heard anywhere else, you will be uplifted with short encouraging words throughout the day and night. The mission of 88-3 The Roadmap is to guide listeners to Jesus through music and short-form programming that gives clear, Biblical direction.
Listener supported 88-3 The Roadmap is programmed by Doug White, a professional radio broadcaster who loves Jesus and brings with him more than 4 decades of radio broadcasting experience. For nearly the past decade, he has been operating ClassicChristian247.com, a successful professional online classic Christian radio station that has attracted the interest and support of Christian artists and has grown to have listeners across the USA and worldwide.
Tommy Rose helps get your day started off right, beginning each weekday morning from 6 –10 am. He is well known in the area with a longtime presence on Princeton radio. Tommy’s love for Jesus makes your day. While listening to Tommy you’ll soon realize you have a friend sitting there playing these songs just for you. And you’ll stay on top of what’s going on in and around the area.
The newest member of our radio family is Mike Schlote who helps get you through the afternoon with a smile and accompanies you on your ride home each weekday afternoon from 2 – 6 pm. Mike brings more than 25 years of radio experience in places including Rockford, Des Moines and Miami. It doesn’t take long to learn that Mike’s love for Jesus is contagious.
The station was founded by Stan Tinker and originally was going to be on 88-7 FM. But in 2013 that frequency was traded for 88-3 FM where the station remains today. Doug has worked with Stan from the beginning, providing the technical support with his broadcast engineering skills.
